Corpus Christi, Texas - The family of missing Texas A&M-Corpus Christi student, Caleb Harris, who disappeared from his apartment complex in the early morning hours of March 4, are still seeking answers after his remains were discovered in a 40-foot-deep well weeks later. The 21-year-old student was last seen picking up an Uber Eats order outside his off-campus apartment on Ennis Joslin Road.
According to the Corpus Christi Police Department, Caleb was captured on surveillance video leaving his apartment at 2:45 a.m. to retrieve his food delivery. However, he never returned. The following day, his roommates found the food delivery outside their door as instructed, but Caleb was nowhere to be found.

"He vanished. There's no evidence of wrongdoing, but there's no evidence at all. It's a mystery," said Caleb's father, Randy Harris. The Harris family believes that foul play is involved and have met with law enforcement seeking answers.
The Nueces County Medical Examiner has confirmed that an autopsy has been completed but the cause and manner of Caleb's death remain undetermined. Police have ruled out the Uber Eats delivery driver as a suspect.

In the days leading up to his disappearance, Caleb was in contact with friends and family through Snapchat. At 3:03 a.m., he sent a Snapchat to a friend showing a small bridge over a drainage ditch near the entrance to his apartment complex. That was the last known ping from his phone.
Caleb's parents, Randy and Becky Harris, are devastated by their son's disappearance and are urging anyone with information to come forward. "It's a parent's worst nightmare," said Becky.

The family spokesperson, Tony Mathis, believes that someone must know something about what happened to Caleb. "In this day and age, the odds of somebody disappearing without a trace are slim to none. We just feel like the word hasn't got out to enough people and we do believe somebody knows something," Mathis said.
Anyone with information about Caleb Harris' disappearance or death is asked to contact the Corpus Christi Police Department at 361-886-2840 or 361-886-2600. Tipsters can also contact university police at 361-825-4444.
